A Narrative essay is an essay told to prove a point from someones point of view. It is a very detailed and can have dialogue just like a story. You need to expand your details and be very descriptive about what your story contains. A narrative essay can also be written about experiences in your own life. If I were to write a story based on one of my soccer games i would write about the rush that i get running down the filed against the opposing team. I would be able to write about how I felt at the moment when the referee called the whistle to a bad call on my offense. On the other side if the opposing team were to write a narrative essay as well they would talk about the referee making a great call on me. On a narrative essay there is always more one side of a story.
