Narrative Essay

Narrative essays are telling a story.Narrative essays are told in a 1st person point of view, this helps get the reader into the story. Marrative essays often make their main point in the first sentence, but sometimes in the last sentence in the opening paragraph. Since a narrative essay is all about personal experiences, it is often in story form. When the writer does this, they have to include all the "conventions" of storytelling a plot, character, setting, climax, and ending.
