Response to AP news #2

A teenager who was only 12 at the time of his convicted murder is charged first degree murder for backing up his gang member buddies. He is now 14, and he is found guilty on Wednesday for the murder that happened in September 11, 2006, he killed San Chea which was 23 years of age at the time. The boy who had just entered the sixth grade did not pull the trigger, but he was convicted of murder under an "aiding-and-abetting" theory, which means he was involved in a conspiracy to kill by providing support to the shooter.

I think the teenager being so young, he should do a couple years in jail, because it is a crime for killing someone. They should not let him free because he is underage, but it makes other kids think that they can go around killing people and not get punishment for the crime they had made.
