A narrative essay is a piece of writing that recreates a moment in time. A narrative essay can be based on your own experiences or it can also be written in someone elses experience. The narrative essay gives the writters a chance to tell about their emotions in their stories. The narrative essay is told by a particular point of view usually in first person. It also makes and supports a point. If writing a story it must include a plot, character, setting, climax, and ending. It uses conflict and sequence as does any story and it may use dialogue.
