This article contained some of the dangers of being in a campaign office. Unidentified white powder was found in the letters to McCain's campaign office. There was another letter sent to the campaign office with "threatening language" and rumors of it also containing white powder. The first offense was not hazardous. Test are still being run to try and figure out what type of substance it is. The second letter came from Arapahoe Detention Center.
My opinion on this article is that people should not be sending letters that contain danger. Trying to send letters to McCain through his campaign office was not a bright idea. You put other people in danger before you could get to McCain. If someone sent a letter with an unidentified white powder inside they are not going to run to McCain and show him!!! If they have a really bad problem with McCain they should just vote the other way. Hatred and violence will not solve anything. If the people who sent the letters put the return address are really stupid because that is a threat and they can get arrested for it. I don't think that the return address is correct, it is probably a set up by someone in the same are. A black mail is what i think the letters are, not to McCain, but to the names on the return address.
